Winston Morgan, a 5-foot-11 point guard from East Catholic High School in Manchester, Connecticut, is off to a tremendous start to his AAU spring after competing last weekend for the Unique All Stars, 16 and under AAU boy's basketball team under head coach, Torrel Harris, Sr.
Morgan sparked his team to the silver category championship game of the tournament held in Baltimore, Maryland. Winston averaged 14 points, eight assists and four steals per game, showing nice lead guard skills.
WHAT TORREL HARRIS, SR. THINKS OF WINSTON MORGAN'S INDIVIDUAL GAME:
"Morgan averaged 19 points, seven assists and two steals per game last season," said Torrel Harris, the head coach of the Unique All Stars.
"He led his team to the quarterfinals in the State tournament and was voted team MVP and All Conference," added Harris.

Winston's strength as point guard is his ability to run a team, his defense, outside shooting and his ability to get into the lane and create. He has the ability to make other players better."
Harris stated Morgan will play this spring and summer with the Unique Allatars 16's & under team.
"As the coach of Unique All-Stars I have looking for points guard of Winston's ability for the past 10 years. He's a younger Chris Paul in the making."
Winston is a member of the 2014 class.
